Petition to the Legislature of the State of New York by Philip Livingston, Christina Livingston, Thomas Jones, and the Rev. John Livingston in behalf of themselves, all other beneficiaries of the late Philip Livingston, and all other interested parties in the estate, requesting that the estate be vested in Philip Livingston, Isaac Roosevelt and Robert C. Livingston in order that debts on the estate might be cleared.

The 332nd Infantry Regiment was part of the 83rd Division, which was deployed overseas in June 1918.
